The ALTA Requirements contain very specific accuracy and detail standards as well as a list of Optional items that can be added to the Survey. We can typically travel to any part of Indiana or Kentucky to perform these surveys.
In general this will show all of the property line boundaries as well as all improvements constructed on the property and will also reference and depict any recorded documents identified in a Title Commitment such as various easements or other items that may have an impact on the use of the property. The optional Items include in part: showing topography and underground utility structures.
