Site & Development Plans are used to lay out all aspects of future construction in order to obtain approval from the local Zoning Office and well as for use by the builders and contractors to construct the proposed site. These plans would start out by showing the existing site and then detailing the proposed buildings or structures, sidewalks, the various utilities as needed (including sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water, gas, electric, telephone) as well as storm water runoff calculations, and anything else that may be required for the proposed construction.
